Right after onboarding, Cosmo checks what's working in your niche and then prepares up to nine first wins: one card for each kind of work your connected accounts allow. Each one is a card, so nothing goes live, spends or sends until you approve it.
Cosmo tries each of these in turn and skips the ones your accounts don't allow yet:
| First win | Needs | What the card does |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads savings | Google Ads, with an account picked | Blocks search terms that spent money in the last 30 days and never converted |
| New ad campaign | A Google Ads or Meta ad account, and an ad budget | A campaign built from competitors' longest-running ads. It's created paused |
| Reel | Instagram or a Facebook Page | A short vertical reel built on the hooks that work in your niche |
| Social | LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or Threads | A first post in your voice, scheduled for you to approve |
| Search titles | Search Console | New titles for pages Google shows often but people rarely click |
| SEO article | Your website | An article for a keyword you can win |
| AI search (GEO) | Nothing | An llms.txt file and FAQ schema for you to paste on your site |
| Cold outreach | A sending inbox | About 100 best-fit prospects and a 4-step email sequence |
| Launch directories | Nothing | The directories that fit you, with copy prefilled from your brand kit |
The onboarding screen shows each step as it runs. If a win is skipped, it tells you why, for example "Search Console isn't connected" or "No ad budget yet". Connect that account later and ask Cosmo in chat to try again.
Each step gets up to two minutes. Before he starts, Cosmo spends up to a minute researching your niche, so reels and posts follow what's working right now.
